BREAKING: Senator Sunday Karimi Wins APC Kogi West Senatorial Primary with 51,665 Votes

The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Sunday Karimi, has emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary election after polling 51,665 votes to secure the party’s ticket for the 2027 general election.

The result was officially announced by the Kogi West APC Senatorial District Returning Officer, Haruna Isah, who said Senator Karimi defeated four other aspirants that contested in the primary election conducted across the district.

Haruna Isah presented the results of the Kogi West Senatorial primary election to the Chairman of the APC Kogi State Senatorial Primary Election Committee shortly after the collation of votes.
