The Audu/Faleke Political Family has held a strategic closed-door meeting with Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho, representing Kogi East Senatorial District, in Abuja, reaffirming its commitment to the success of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming elections.
In a statement signed by Umar Isa, Head of Media, Audu Political Family, and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Sunday, the group said the meeting was part of ongoing consultations and strategic engagements ahead of the next round of elections.
Among those in attendance were Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Minister of Steel Development and son of the late Prince Abubakar Audu; Prof. Isa Daniel, Director-General of the Audu/Faleke Campaign Council in 2015 and currently Deputy Director, Organising at the APC National Secretariat; and Hon. Emmanuel Ekele, Director-General of Protocol to the late Prince Abubakar Audu.
The leadership urged members of the Audu/Faleke Political Family across Kogi State to remain calm, patient and focused, assuring them that strategic efforts were ongoing ahead of the forthcoming elections.
The leaders emphasized that the group’s focus remains on delivering President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all other APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
The meeting also appreciated Hon. James Abiodun Faleke for his consistent commitment to equity and justice in Kogi State.
The leadership thanked members of the political family, describing it as the largest political structure in Kogi State, and noted that the patience, loyalty and firm support of its members remain the group’s greatest strength.
Members were urged not to be distracted by rumours, speculations or developments capable of undermining the unity of the group.
The leadership reaffirmed that the Audu/Faleke Political Family remains intact, united and focused on equity, justice and victory for all its candidates in the state.
