The Senator representing Kogi East, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho, has appointed Hon. Ibrahim Lawal Ali, the Bassa local government Deputy Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as a Senior Legislative Aide.
In a letter dated June 26, 2025, Ali’s appointment takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Reacting to the appointment, Ali expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Senator and other APC chieftains from Bassa local government area for their support and influence in securing the position.
He pledged his commitment to upholding the values of integrity and dedication in his new role.
In his appreciation message, Ali stated:
