The Rogan of Eggan, Alhaji Muhammed Umar Alhassan has congratulated the Maigari of Lokoja Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi on the 1st anniversary of his ascending the throne.
In a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Monday, the royal father said; “the Maigari has carved a niche for himself as a monarch with a difference in the coordination of his kingdom.
“He not only deploys his wealth and influence to lift his people, a fact known to every discerning mind, the kingdom has flourished so much under his watch especially in the area of culture, commerce, and unity of purpose,” the Rogan said.
The royal father commended the Maigari for his peacebuilding efforts in Lokoja and environs, and charges him to never relent in that regard.
“On behalf of the people of Eggan kingdom, I join the monarch’s family, associates and the good people of Lokoja to felicitate with the Maigari on the one year anniversary of his historic coronation.
He beseeches Allah, the powerful and eternal, to give the Maigari good health and long and more peaceful reign on the throne of his forebears.”
