A suspected Internet fraudster popularly call ‘Yahoo boy’ has been arrested by police operatives in Kogi State for killing a 21-year-old girl and cutting her to pieces.
The police officer who never wanted his name in print because he was not authorized to speak to newsmen named the suspect as Jeremiah Oju, 23 years.
He said: “On interrogation, the suspect confessed that he kidnapped the victim last week Wednesday, at Felele where he forcefully took her to the bush, killed her and pieces her body.
“He confessed further that it was one herbalist simply identified as Arab Money, who he claimed to have contacted on Facebook that prescribed the ritual for him. The suspect hails from Kaduna South.
Sources hinted that the victim was a student of Federal University Lokoja (FUL).
According to our informant, Oju
said he decided to kill the victim after kidnapping her at Felele, around the school when she was trying to escape from captivity.
He said the victim was his first target but two bodies were exhumed at the scene, though the body of the first had decade.
Meanwhile, police detectives in company of the suspect have exhumed the corpse of the victim with one other corpse buried by Oju in a bush alone NNPC filling station in Felele on Friday.
According to Nationalwatch Tv findings, Oju is neither a student nor an indegene of Kogi State.
