INGRA Sets Agenda For Kogi Governor-Elect

A socio-political group in Nigeria, The Initiative For Grassroots Advancement In Nigeria (INGRA), has called on the Governor-elect of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo to make human capital development his major priority.

The group also urged him to give attention to the issue of prompt salary payment in the State.

This advice was offered at The Nigerian Post Agenda Setting Dialogue organized by Mr. Mike Abu, the publisher of The Nigerian Post Newspaper held at the NUJ Press Center in Lokoja on Wednesday.

Representative of the INGRA, Hamza Aliyu expressed confidence that the incoming administration will exceed the expectations of Kogi people in the areas of empowerment, security and infrastructural development.

He also commended Governor Yahaya Bello for his level of infrastructural development in the State.

While congratulating Ododo, his Deputy, Joel Oyibo the group resolved to mobilise its members across the local government areas to support the incoming administration.
