Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Muhammad, Special Adviser to the Kogi State Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanitarian Service by the United Love Conference of Global Christian Clergies in affiliation with the Triumphant Christian University of America.
The ceremony, held on Saturday at the Olu-Royal Hotel Hall, Lokongoma, Lokoja, drew clergies, political leaders, traditional representatives, and community stakeholders.
In total, ten distinguished Nigerians were honoured with honorary doctorate degrees for their outstanding contributions to humanitarian service and societal development.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were Hon. Sulaiman Babadoko, Commissioner 1, Kogi State local to commission and several top members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who came to celebrate Dr. Muhammadâs achievement.
In his address, the Trustee, President and Founder of the United Love Conference of Global Christian Clergies, Adebayo Ademola, congratulated all the awardees, lauding their dedication to community growth, peacebuilding, and humanitarian impact.
He urged them to continue being exemplary ambassadors of service.
In his thank-you message, Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Muhammad expressed profound appreciation to the organizers for the prestigious honour, describing it as an encouragement to deepen his commitment to humanitarian and grassroots development.
He further dedicated the certificate to his family and friends, acknowledging their unwavering support, prayers, and encouragement, which he said have sustained him throughout his journey in public service.
Dr. Muhammad, who is also an aspirant for the Kogi State House of Assembly, Lokoja I Constituency under the APC, reaffirmed his resolve to continue championing youth empowerment, community outreach, and inclusive leadership.
The colourful event featured cultural performances, prayers, goodwill messages, and the formal presentation of certificates and academic regalia to the awardees.
With this honour, Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Muhammad joins a distinguished circle of Nigerians recognized internationally for their selfless contributions to humanity.
