The Gabi of Lokoja, Alhaji Sulaiman Baba-Ali, today, visited the Katika of Lokoja, Alhaji Bala Salisu, over the death of his wife, Aishat Mojisola.
Baba-Ali, who arrived at Salisu’s GRA residence in Lokoja at 12:30 pm., expressed sadness over the death of the traditional title holder’s wife.
Nationalwatch Tv reports that Salisu’s wife, Aishat Mojisola, died on September 21 at the age of 50.
While commiserating with Salisu, Baba-Ali urged him to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a purposeful life.
Baba-Ali who is also the Lokoja/Kogi LGAs APC leader described the deceased as a woman of virtue, who was committed to service to humanity.
He prayed to God to grant the deceased a peaceful rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Responding, Salisu commended Baba-Ali for finding time to visit him in his time of grief.
The duo thereafter went into a closed-door meeting which lasted for 30 minutes.
Baba-Ali was accompanied by an Abuja-base businessman, Alhaji Zakari Ola.
Recall that the fidau pray for late Aishat Mojisola was held today.
