His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammed Umar Alhassan, the Rogan of Eggan, congratulates the Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo, as he celebrates his one-year anniversary in office, as the Chief servant in Kogi State.
Alhassan, in a special message which he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Saturday in Lokoja, extolls Governor Ododo, noting that his visionary leadership has not only brought progress to Kogi State but also reinvigorated hope and unity across the State.
“It is with immense joy and a profound sense of pride that I, Alhaji
Muhammed Umar Alhassan, the Rogan of Eggan, extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the occasion of his one-year anniversary as the Governor of Kogi State. Your visionary leadership has not only brought progress but also reinvigorated hope and unity across the state.
“Over the past one year, your administration has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of Kogi State residents through landmark achievements. Among your standout accomplishments included the revitalization and renovation of countless Primary Health Care facilities which was done by equipping health centers with modern infrastructure and ensuring accessibility to essential services. With this, you have significantly strengthened the state’s healthcare system, placing the well-being of citizens at the forefront of your agenda.
“In addition, your dedication to workers’ welfare is evident in your prompt payment of salaries and arrears has contributed immensely to motivating civil servants and ensuring their invaluable contributions are acknowledged and rewarded. Furthermore, your efforts to remember pensioners, who have served the state diligently, reflect your empathy and resolve to provide dignity and comfort to our elderly.
“As we celebrate this remarkable milestone, I pray for continued wisdom, strength, and success in your endeavors. May your administration achieve even greater heights in its mission to transform Kogi into a beacon of prosperity and development,” the statement added.
