The Secretary to Kogi State Government, Dr Folashade Arike Ayoade has presented the letter of appointment to the newly appointed Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Alhaji Muhammed Bala Abubakar- Sadiq.
Speaking while delivering the letter of appointment to the newly appointed SA in her office on Wednesday, Ayoade congratulated the new aide and enjoined him to put in his best in the performance of his duties as much is expected of him considering the attestation of several individuals to his diligence and commitment in positions he previously held.
In his response, Abubakar-Sadiq expressed his appreciation to Governor Ododo for finding him worthy to serve as Special Adviser on Grassroots Mobilization.
He described his appointment as a call to service, promising to live up to expectations in the discharge of his duties.
The Lokoja-born politician is expected to bring to bear his expertise and experience in grassroots mobilization on his new office.
Recall that Abubakar-Sadiq was initially appointed as Senior Special Assistance SSA to the governor on Grassroots Mobilization and was recently elevated to Special Adviser, SA.
Abubakar-Sadiq was accompanied to Members of Kogi State House of Assembly representing Lokoja 1, Kogi and Ajaokuta state constituency, former House of Assembly member who represented Lokoja 1, Hon Sulaiman Babadoko, APC Chieftains from Lokoja LGA, friends and family members, traditional title holders and Islamic clerics.
