Late mother of Ibrahim Dazumi, Mallama Rukaiya Mamawo, was buried in Hangwan Kura Muslim cemetery at about 04:50pm in Lokoja today.
Special Islamic prayers were conducted by Sheikh Tanko Tale infront of Maigari of Lokoja palace.
Nationalwatch Tv correspondent reports that the burial ceremonies were attended by hundreds of Muslims faithful including the Chief Imam of Kutepa Juma’at Mosque, Shiekh Yahya Abubilat.
Other prominent personalities at the burial were top politicians, Islamic scholars and the diseased children.
Mallama Rukaiya Mamawo, died at the age of 92 years and left behind ten children and several grandchildren.
In a related development, husband of late Hajiya Junmai Raji, former PDP women leader in Lokoja LGA, Alhaji Sanni Raji who died early morning today was also buried.
