Okada Rider Seeks N203,000 Assistance To Settle Newborn’s Hospital Bill

An Okada Rider, Anthony Okoh, has sent a passionate appeal to Nigerians for financial assistance to enable him settle hospital bill for his newborn.

Making the appeal during an encounter, with MOHAB People’s Care Foundation, at Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja on Saturday, Okoh said the baby was delivered through emergency Caesarean Section CS.

Okoh said is wife, Gloria, gave birth to a new baby last month through CS at the Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, Kogi State and was discharged since two weeks ago but could not go home because they cannot afford the hospital bill of two hundred and three thousand, two hundred naira (203,200) only.

According to Okoh: ” I have gone round to meet friends and family to source for help but could not find any.

“My motorcycle is on loan, so aside paying my master, whatever I get from the job, we manage the rest for feeding.

In an interview with founder/CEO of MOHAB Peoples Care Foundation, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar, he said, “a Facebook friend Salamatu Adakeke who has just been discharged from from same Ward drew our attention to Akoh predicament.

“As a Peoples Care Foundation, we are using this medium to seek support for this family for the sake of God and this little innocent baby to help them back to their home. Thank you.
