*** As new Tsonfadan pledges to render selfless service

His Royal Highness, the Maigari of Lokoja Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Maikarfi IV on Monday conferred the traditional title of Tsonfadan of Lokoja on Alhaji Ibrahim Danladi Sulaiman a.k.a Barazana.
Delivering the letter of appointment, Lokoja Emirate delegation leader, Alhaji Danbaba Gwadabe said “in recognition of your service to humanity, promotion of peace, creation of employment opportunities for our youths, His Royal Highness find you worthy of being conferred with the traditional title.
”Your respect and loyalty to the Emirate have been appreciated by the entire community, we’re wishing you the best of luck”.
Speaking to newsmen at his Kabawa residence shortly after recieving his appointment letter, the new Tsonfadan of Lokoja thanked Lokoja Emirate for the honour.
He said, “am running short of words in expressing my special thanks to His Royal Highness the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Maikarfi IV for the recognition and honour done to me and my family at large.
”I pledge to continue being supportive to our community members and would always partner with the Emirate in human capital development aspects “.
He pledged that he will render selfless service to the Emirate and ensure peace, unity and progress of the people of the Emirate.
Ibrahim Danladi Sulaiman is a retired Manager, Tariff and Billing Maritime with Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) Lagos and serving Secretary General Maritime branch.
