A woman (named withheld) in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Friday fainted with her child on her back as she had not eating for three days.
The widow who spoke with National Watch Tv in Yoruba language said; “I lost lost my husband two years ago. He left me with three children. As we have not eating for three days now, I decided to come to this market to beg for food and only to see myself on the ground.
“The traders who sympathized with us gave us money and some food items,” she lamented.
