“I extend my deepest sympathies to His Excellency Governor Usman Ododo, his family, and the people of Kogi State during this challenging period. May Almighty Allah (SWT) grant the departed eternal rest in Al-Jannah Firdaus and provide solace to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.

The APC leader noted that Governor Ododo’s father lived an impactful life and must have passed on as a fulfilled man, given that his son has assumed an executive office as Governor of Kogi State and is doing well.

“On one hand, we commiserate with him on the other hand we celebrate with him because he has survived his father, it is a blessing. He saw his son doing well,” he said.
